Frequently asked questions.
Sourcing, sampling, quoting, private label, and shipping — the answers buyers ask us most often, in plain language.
We supply both coffee and cocoa in four forms: green beans, profile-roasted, milled powder, and private-label finished goods. Each product line ships with full origin documentation and grading. Browse the full catalogue for current items.
We serve B2B buyers across hospitality, manufacturing, and trade — including hotels, restaurants, cafés, specialty roasteries, chocolatiers, bakeries, manufacturers, and distributors. Programmes range from a single pilot container to multi-year supply contracts, and we are deliberately set up to serve mid-size and independent operators alongside larger groups.
Coffee is sourced primarily from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Cocoa is sourced from Ivory Coast, Ghana, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and Indonesia.
We hold direct relationships with estates and cooperatives at origin, and every container ships with origin and lot documentation.
Send an enquiry through our contact page describing your programme — origin preferences, quantity, format, and timing. Sample sets typically ship within five working days of confirmation.
Minimum quantities depend on the product, the origin, and the shipping mode (pallet versus container). Rather than publish a single number, we confirm minimums and pricing per enquiry once we understand your programme — so the offer is tailored to your operation.
After you submit an enquiry, our team responds within one business day with clarifying questions, applicable specifications, and a quotation. Final commercial terms — price, payment, Incoterms, delivery window — are confirmed in writing before any contract is formed.
Yes. Our private-label programme covers bean selection, roast profile, packaging design, and retail-ready packaging under your brand — for both coffee and cocoa. Start the conversation on the contact page and mention “private label” in the product-interest field.
We ship worldwide via container or pallet, with documentation prepared at origin or transit point depending on the contract terms. We work with established freight forwarders and can recommend partners in your region.
Many of our origin partners hold individual certifications. We can supply certified product — such as organic or fair-trade — on a per-contract basis where your programme requires it. Please mention your certification requirements when you send your enquiry.
